20th May 2009
We are very pleased to announce that planning permission has now been granted for work to commence on our farm shop extension.
Once the work is complete, we will be able to stock a much wider variety of goods and extend the range of products sourced from our farm.
This will enable us to offer a far better service to all our valued customers.
We do hope you come and take advantage of the wonderfully fresh, home grown produce available.

On Weds 27th February at Stevenage Borough Training ground we presented a cheque
for £500 to the Herts Air Ambulance Appeal.
The money was raised by the auction of
a signed football shirt and by the raffling of a signed football shirt, both kindly
donated by Stevenage Borough Football Club.We also donated 5 pence from every lb of
sausages we sold and many people have generously put money in the collection tins.

11th October 2007
Stevenage Boro's season is set to sizzle both on and off the pitch!
This week a new sausage - the Boro Banger - was launched to support the club's charge
up the Blue Square Premier League and to raise money for the Herts Air Ambulance.
The banger was the idea of Eileen Wolfe who runs the butcher's shop at Brookfield Farm.
Eileen, who is also a paramedic for the Herts and Beds Ambulance Service's emergency
medical team where she volunteers one night a week, approached Boro with her idea for
the perfect banger and the club gave it the thumbs up after trying a sample.

27th May 2007
On Sunday 27th May we took Aston Brook Jessica, who is 3 years old and her 4 month old calf Aston Brook Jemima to the Herts County Show, which is held on the Show Ground at Redbourn. Despite it being an extremely wet day our weeks of halter training, grooming and shampooing paid off as they were both very well behaved and even though it was their first show, came home with third prize in their class.
We are very pleased with them, especially Jemima, who took everything in her stride. We are hoping to take Jemima to the South of England Aberdeen Angus Calf Show at Bristol in November so watch this space to see how she gets on.
Pictures of Jessica and Jemima are in the Gallery.
