Recipes for all Kinds of Meat Dishes

As well as supplying meat we can also advise on suitable ways to cook it depending on the occasion. We have added a few of the most popular dishes to the web site for you to try. If you have any recipes which you think would compliment those listed here then we would be happy to try them out and add them to the list.

Beef


			Beef and Root Stew with Parsley Dumplings Serves 6. Very simple to prepare. A classic Winter warming dish. Especially nice when served with seasonal vegetables.

Chicken


			Spanish Style Chicken Serves 6. This makes an ideal meal for a cold, Winters night. Very quick and easy to prepare. A favourite with the kids.

Lamb


			Braised Citrus Lamb Shanks Serves 4. An easy meal to cook and would be ideally suited to a slow cooker. The strongly flavoured sauce goes well with the lamb.

			Spicy Roast Lamb Serves 6. Refreshingly different from the standard Sunday roast. Surprisingly little effort involved in producing a meal which will prove popular with the whole family.

Pork


			Pork and Pepper Pasta Serves 4. A dish with a Mediterranean feel. Goes well with a good wine, Italian flat bread and garlic flavored olive oil dip.

Sausages


			Toad in the Hole Serves 6. This is an old family favourite. The origin of the dishes name appears to be a mystery but it's still a delicious meal. Our famous Aston sausages are excellent in this dish.
