The Boro Banger

We make our own sausages using our special blend of herbs and spices. All our sausages contain a minimum of 75% meat and are encased in natural skins.

  • Old Time Banger: A sage and onion based sausage.
  • Irish: Quite a plain sausage.
  • Aston: A peppery sausage (our best seller).
  • Farmhouse: A herby sausage.
  • Cumberland: A herby sausage.
  • Olde English: A good breakfast sausage.

  • Toulouse: A traditional French sausage containing herbs and garlic.

  • Hertbeat Banger: A pork and red onion marmalade sausage, great with mash. This sausage recipe was put together in conjunction with the breakfast crew from Hertbeat radio station, who even came and had a go at making them.
