We make our own sausages using our special blend of herbs and spices. All our sausages
contain a minimum of 75% meat and are encased in natural skins.
- Old Time Banger: A sage and onion based sausage.
- Irish: Quite a plain sausage.
- Aston: A peppery sausage (our best seller).
- Farmhouse: A herby sausage.

- Olde English: A good breakfast sausage.

- Hertbeat Banger: A pork and red onion marmalade sausage, great with mash.
This sausage recipe was put together in conjunction with the breakfast crew
from Hertbeat radio station, who even came and had a go at making them.
